We stand behind what we make.
Each item is created on demand just for you. That means:

📦 No warehouse full of regret returns
Please double-check your size charts and personalization details before ordering. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all, we’ll issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
If you simply no longer want the item, we accept eligible returns for store credit or a refund of the item price (shipping not included).
Your joy matters, and we want you to love what shows up at your door.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We'll gladly issue a refund or replacement if:
🛠️ Your item arrives damaged or defective
📦 You receive the wrong item (size, design, or personalization)
🚚 Your package goes missing in transit
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if something isn’t correct. The sooner we hear from you, the faster we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have 30 days from delivery to report a damaged, incorrect, or missing item so we can submit a claim through our fulfillment process.
After 30 days, we are no longer able to replace or refund an order for these issues.
Changed Your Mind?
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
✴️ The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed
🧵 It is not personalized or customized
🪪 You are the original purchaser
📮 You cover the return shipping cost
🗃️ The item is received and confirmed in new condition
We’ll issue either a refund of the item price or store credit (excluding original shipping), whichever you prefer.
Refunds or credit are issued after we receive and inspect the item.
We reserve the right to limit excessive return activity or suspected abuse.
To Start a Claim
Email us at katie@mundolittles.com with:
📌 Your order number.
🖼️ A photo or two of the item.
📝 A short description of what went wrong or why you'd like to return it.
Once confirmed:
🔁 For damaged, missing, or incorrect items: we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice).
📬 For change of mind returns: we’ll share return instructions and confirm your refund or store credit once the item is received and inspected.
What We Cannot Accept
Because your item is crafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:
❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
❌ Items sent back without prior return approval.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.

Refund Details
Refunds or store credit are issued after photo confirmation or returned items are received and inspected, whichever is applicable.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Because everything is made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges for size, color, or style. Please see the section Changed Your Mind for store credit and return details.
